Minister of Foreign Affairs participates in the first edition of the Africa-Russia Ministerial Forum

Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, participated on Sunday in the first edition of the Africa-Russia Ministerial Forum, held in Sochi, Russia.
During the official opening of the Forum,the Minister read the speech of H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic and Chairman of the African Union, in which he stressed the importance of the African-Russian partnership, which has proven its effectiveness throughout history, and called for the consideration of Agenda 2063 of the African Union in all partnerships.
Minister called for fairness to Africa and giving it the appropriate place in the global governance system.
