Minister of Justice Receives Chargé D’affaires of Iraqi Embassy

On 24 October, in Nouakchott, the Minister of Justice, Mr Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdullah Ben Boya, received Mr. Zahim Mohamed Moussallam, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Iraqi Embassy.

During the meeting, the two men discussed the various aspects of the two brotherly countries’ fraternal and long-standing cooperative relations.

The Minister stressed the depth and strength of the relations between Mauritania and Iraq and the need to develop and diversify them to serve the interests of the two countries.

In turn, the Chargé d’Affaires thanked the Minister for his warm welcome, emphasizing the depth of historical relations between the two countries.
