Defense Minister Holds Talks with the NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for Southern Neighbourhood

The Minister of Defense, Veterans Affairs and Children of Martyrs, Mr. Hanena Ould Sidi, held talks today, Thursday, in his office in Nouakchott with Mr. Javier Colomina, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy and Special Representative of the Secretary General for the Southern Neighbourhood.

The discussions focused on ways to strengthen cooperative relations between Mauritania and NATO, particularly in areas falling within the purview of the Ministry of Defense, Veterans Affairs and Children of Martyrs.
