National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture Dispatches some of its Personnel in the Districts of Nouakchott

The National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture launched sensitizations missions in the three districts of Nouakchott, under the direct supervision of its head, Mrs. Moulaty bint El-Moukhtar.
The goal of these missions, which will cover the western, northern and southern districts of Nouakchott, is to visit places of deprivation of liberty.
This activity is part of the mechanism’s work plan for the year 2021.
