Mauritania’s Representative to WFP Presents Accreditation Letters

Her Excellency Ms. Zeinebou Mint Ely Salem presented, on Tuesday, to the Executive Director of the World Food Program (WFP) in Rome the letters accrediting her to this institution as the permanent representative of Mauritania.

During the ceremony, the efforts made by Mauritania in the fields of food security and the fight against COVID-19 were discussed, as well as the prospects for cooperation between Mauritania and WFP.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohamed Teyeb Dy, First Counselor of the Embassy of Mauritania in Rome, the Vice Delegate to WFP, and collaborators of the WFP Executive Director.
