Libyan Presidential Council President Arrives in Nouakchott

On 31 July, Mr. Mohamed al-Manfi, the President of the Libyan Presidential Council, arrived in Nouakchott to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, scheduled for tomorrow.

The Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud was the first to receive the Libyan guest at the Nouakchott International Airport, surrounded by several members of the government, the Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Wali of Nouakchott West, the President of the Nouakchott Region, and the Charge d’Affaires of the Libyan Embassy in Nouakchott.
