President of Republic Returns to Nouakchott From Paris

On 27 July, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, returned to Nouakchott from Paris (France) after attending the opening of the Olympic Games.

The President of the Republic was welcomed at Nouakchott Oumtounsy International Airport by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Bilal Messaoud, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the Minister Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic, members of the Government, the Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, the Deputy Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic, the Wali of West Nouakchott, and the Vice President of the Regional Council of Nouakchott.

The President of the Republic was accompanied by a large delegation, including Messrs.:

– Mokhtar Ould Djay, the Minister in Charge of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic;

– Ahmed Ould Sid Ahmed Ould Die, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament;

– Mohamed Yahya Ould Teiss, our Ambassadeur in Paris

– Mohamed Lamine Ould Aboy Ould Cheikh El Hadrami, an Advisor at the Presidency of the Republic;

– Tah Ould Ahmed Mahmoud, an Advisor at the Presidency of the Republic;

– El-Hassan Ould Ahmed, the Director General of State Protocol.

– Mohamed Zinelabidine Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the President of the National Union of Mauritanian Employers.
