Minister of Economic Affairs Receives Mission from UNDP Regional Office

Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, received, Wednesday in Nouakchott, a high-level mission from the regional office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for West and Central Africa, led by its coordinator, accompanied by the director of the support and implementation unit of the United Nations integrated strategy in the Sahel.

The meeting focused on cooperation relations between Mauritania and the UN institution and on the means to strengthen and develop them, particularly in the economic field.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Abass Sylla, Director General of Development Policies and Strategies at the Ministry and UNDP Resident Representative in Mauritania, Mr. Anthony Ngororano.
