Minister of Equipment and Transport returns to Nouakchott

The minister of Equipment and Transport Mohamed Ali Ould Sidi Mohamed arrived Monday morning in Nouakchott.
The minister participated from 20 to 22 of this month in the “Future of Aviation Conference 2024” organized in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, under the slogan: “Enhancing the level of global connectivity”.
On the sidelines of the conference, the minister participated in a ministerial meeting on facilities in the field of civil aviation, and held a working session with the minister of Equipment and Housing in charge of running the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tunisia, Ms. Sarah Zafarani Al-Zanzari, and the Malaysian Minister of Transport Luke Asseev Phuk.
The minister was accompanied on this visit by Mohamed Lemine Ould Cheikh Abdallahi, in charge of mission at the Ministry, Mohamed Ould Ahadhana, Technical Advisor in charge of Air Transport, Engida Abdallah Abbas, Director General of the National Civil Aviation Agency, and Yahya Kane, Mauritania’s Resident Representative to the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization in Montreal, Canada.
