Minister of Culture Receives OIF Representative

On 25 April, in Nouakchott, Mr. Ahmed Ould Sid’Ahmed Ould Die, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament, received Ms. Haoua Acyl, the Representative of the International Organization of La Francophonie in North Africa (OIF), currently visiting our country.

The meeting focused on ways to develop and strengthen cooperation between Mauritania and this organization in its areas of intervention.

During the meeting, the Minister discussed with the head of the OIF in North Africa the importance of cooperation between this organization and our country to develop the policy carried out by the Department of Culture under the government program.

In turn, the OIF representative in North Africa thanked the Minister for the positive interaction that made it possible to establish and enhance cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Youth, sports, and relations with parliament and the OIF.
