President of Republic Performs Id Al-Fitr Prayer at Ibn Abass’ Mosque

On 10 April, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, performed the Id al-Fitr prayer at the Ibn Abass’ Mosque in Nouakchott.

The prayer took place in the presence of the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud, the Speaker of the National Assembly, the President of the Constitutional Council, the leader of the democratic opposition, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the Minister Director the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, the Minister Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic, members of the government, the presidents of constitutional institutions, the chiefs of staff of the armed and security forces, senior officials of the State, the Islamic diplomatic corps in Mauritania, and a large number of residents of Nouakchott.
