Economy Minister Receives IMF Mission

On 18 January, in Nouakchott, Mr. Abdessalam Mohamed Saleh, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, received a mission from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), led by Dr. Jihad Azour, the Director of the Middle East and Central Asia Department and supervisor of the Fund’s activities in North Africa, currently visiting our country. The two parties reviewed the different areas of cooperation between our country and this international financial organization, as well as the means to strengthen and develop them, particularly in the economic development area.
