Mauritania Condemns Terrorist Attack in Iran’s Kerman Province

On the 4th January, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania condemned the terrorist attack that targeted hundreds of innocent people in the province of Kerman in the Islamic Republic of Iran
This came in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, a copy of which was received by the Mauritanian News Agency, which reads as follows:
“It is with great sadness that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad has received the news of the terrorist attack that targeted hundreds of innocent people in Kerman province.
The Islamic Republic of Mauritania, while condoling the Iranian people and Government on this great loss, expresses its condemnation of this brutal terrorist act, asking God Almighty to grant the wounded a speedy recovery, to bless the martyrs with His vast mercy and to inspire their families patience and solace. We belong to God and to Him we return.”
