President of Republic Congratulates Uruguayan Counterpart

On 24 August, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Luis Alberto Lacalle Pou, the President of the Republic of Uruguay, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

The message reads as follows:

“Excellency,

On the occasion of the celebration by the Uruguayan Republic of its National Day, I am pleased to send you my warm congratulations, wishing the friendly Uruguayan people more progress and prosperity.

I would also like to assure you of our commitment will to work to develop and strengthen the cooperation relations between our two countries.
