President of Republic Congratulates Grand Duke of Luxembourg

On 23 June, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Royal Highness Henri, the Grand Duke of Luxembourg on the occasion of the celebration of the country’s National Day:
