Foreign Minister Receives UN Official

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, received a delegation from the United Nations, led by Ms. Giovani Biha, Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-general for West Africa and the Sahel.

The meeting touched on ways to enhance cooperation between Mauritania and the United Nations Organization, particularly in the Sahel region.
