President of Republic Congratulates Estonian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Wednesday the following telegram of congratulations His Excellency Mr. Alar Karis, the President of the Republic of Estonia, on his country’s celebration of its national day:
