President of Republic Congratulates Emperor of Japan
His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Majesty Naruhito, the Emperor of Japan, on the occasion of the celebration of his country’s National Day and that of his 63rd birthday anniversary.
The message reads as follows:
