On 15 February, in Addis Ababa, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, met, on the sidelines of the meeting of the Executive Council of the African Union, with HE Mr. Jose Manuel Albares, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the friendly Kingdom of Spain.

During the meeting, the two men discussed the distinguished relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and ways to strengthen them to serve the common interests of the two friendly people, and all regional issues of common interest.
