Minister of Culture Returns to Nouakchott

On 15 February, Mr. Mohamed Ould Soueidatt, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament,  returned to Nouakchott from Dubai (United Arab Emirates) after participating in the second edition of the Young Arab Leaders’ meeting, organized within the framework of the World Government Summit 2023.

The meeting, which took place in the presence of youth ministers of Arab countries and leaders of youth institutions, discussed the various issues and opportunities of interest to young people in the Arab world.

In his interventions in the various meetings, Mr. Ould Soueidatt stressed Mauritania’s willingness to support joint Arab action. He highlighted the important role played by institutions and organizations working in the field of youth empowerment and

the need to strengthen their institutional situation so that they participate in the best possible way in the development of their countries.
