General Delegate for National Solidarity, Fight Against Exclusion Meets With UN Delegation

On 15 December, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Ali Ould Sidi Mohamed, the General Delegate for National Solidarity and the Fight against Exclusion (TAAZOUR) met with a delegation from the UN Electoral Assistance Division led by Mr. Simon-Pierre NANITELAMIO, its deputy director.
This meeting is part of the delegation’s activities in our country to assess needs in the electoral operations field.
Mr. Ould Sidi Mohamed briefed the delegation on the various social programs carried out by TAAZOUR for hundreds of thousands of citizens from disadvantaged groups.
The delegation also followed another presentation made by Mr. Ahmed Salem Ould Bodde, the Director of the Social Registry, on the central role of this file in the design and execution of the various projects of TAAZOUR and the other public sectors for the benefit of vulnerable populations.
