Riyadh: Minister of Culture Holds Working Meeting With Saudi Minister of Information

On 9 November, in Riyadh, Mr. Mohamed Ould Soueidatt, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament, reviewed with Dr. Majid Al Qasby, the Saudi Minister of Information, the various aspects of cooperation and partnership between the departments of culture and information in the two sisterly countries.
During the meeting, the two parties agreed to promote their bilateral partnership, particularly the coverage of the upcoming pilgrimage season and the exchange of memoranda of cooperation in specific areas.
In addition, the Saudi minister indicated that his department is ready to support the reforms undertaken at the level of the department of culture in Mauritania on all levels.
After the meeting, the two ministers, alogside their counterparts, oversaw the launching ceremony of the Arab Radio and TV Festival in its 22nd edition, organized by the Union of Arab Radios in the Saudi capital Riyadh, from 9 to 13 November 2022.
