Minister of Health Receives Spain’s Ambassador

On 9 November, in Nouakchott, The Minister of Health, Mr. Moctar Ould Dahi, received HE Ms. Myriam Alvares Delarosa Rodriguez, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Mauritania.
The talks focused on the portfolio of Mauritanian-Spanish cooperation in the health field.
During the meeting, the Minister reminded the Spanish diplomat of the situation of the regional hospital of Nouadhibou, built for decades thanks to Spanish assistance, which currently needs extension and rehabilitation.
Ms. Rodgriguez pledged to give special attention to this establishment and prioritize it within the framework of cooperation in the health field.
