High-Level Delegation Discusses With World Bank Portfolio of Projects Implemented in Mauritania

On 11 October, in Washington, the Mauritanian delegation to the meetings of the World Bank (WB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) held its second working session with the WB’s mission in charge of operations in Mauritania.
Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, Mr. Isselmou Ould Sidi M’badi, the Minister of Finance, and Mr. Mohamed Lamine Ould Dhahbi, the Governor of the Central Bank of Mauritania attended the meeting during which department directors and program and project managers discussed the portfolio of projects implemented in Mauritania, the emergency program to deal with rains and floods as well as the sanitation, agriculture, and food security files.
