President of Republic Congratulates North Korean Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, Sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Kim Jong-un, Secretary General of the Labor Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea:
