President of Republic Congratulates Ivorian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Saturday the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Alassane Ouattara, President of Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, on the occasion of his Country’s celebration of its National day:
