The Minister of Economic Affairs, and Promotion of Productive Sectors, Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, participated Tuesday in the annual meetings of the board of governors of the African Development Bank in Accra, Ghana.

The governors, representing 54 African countries and 27 other member countries of the institution, discussed, during a high-level dialogue with the leaders of the AfDB, the issues already discussed by the joint steering committee of which our country is a member.

The 57th annual meetings of the AfDB, marked by the presence of the Ghanaian President, provided an opportunity to discuss ways to facilitate energy transition in Africa in a context marked by climate change, the consequences of which hit African countries.
