Higher Education Minister Supervises Signing of Cooperation Agreement between National Center for university services and ONOUSC

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ms. Amal Sidi Cheikh Abdallahi, and her Moroccan counterpart, Mr. Abdellatif Miraoui, signed Friday in Rabat a protocol of cooperation between the National Center for university services in Mauritania and Office National des Œuvres Universitaire Sociales et Culturelles (ONOUSC) in Morocco.

The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between the two institutions to upgrade university services in both countries.
