Human Rights Commissioner Receives OHCHR Representative

The Commissioner for Human Rights, Humanitarian Action, and Relations with Civil Society, Mr. Cheikh Ahmedou Ould Ahmed Salem Ould Sidi, received on Thursday in Nouakchott, Mr. Laurent Meillan, representative of the office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR ) in Mauritania.

The meeting focused on the cooperative relations between Mauritania and this UN body and means to further strengthen them, particularly in the areas of the Commission’s intervention.
