The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, left Wednesday Nouakchott for Addis Ababa to participate in the 39th session of the Executive Council of the African Union, which will be held there on 14-15 October.
