Interior Minister Holds Talks with European Union Ambassador

The Minister of Interior, Decentralization and Local Development, Mr. El Mokhtar Ould Ahmed Bousseif, received His Excellency Joaquín Tasso Villalonga, Ambassador and Head of the European Union Delegation to Mauritania, in his office in Nouakchott late Wednesday afternoon.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed areas of cooperation between Mauritania and the European Union, as well as ways to strengthen this partnership, particularly in areas falling within the Ministry’s remit.
