Economy Minister Receives Japanese Ambassador

The Minister of Economic Affairs and Development, Mr. Mohamedou Ould M’Haimid, received His Excellency Uchida Hiroyuki, Ambassador of Japan to Mauritania, this Thursday in Nouakchott.

The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to strengthen and further develop them.

The two sides also discussed prospects for cooperation between Mauritania and Japan, with a view to contributing to the achievement of national economic and social development objectives.
