Foreign Minister Receives Chargé d’Affaires of U.S. Embassy

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, received on Friday in his office in Nouakchott Ms. Corina R. Sanders, Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of the United States of America in Mauritania.

The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to strengthen and develop them to serve their common interests. The two parties also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
