President of Republic Congratulates Singaporean Counterpart

President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani on Saturday sent the following congratulatory message to Singaporean President Tharman Shanmugaratnam on the occasion of Singapore’s National Day:

The celebration of your country’s National Day provides me with a pleasant opportunity to extend my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency and to wish the friendly people of Singapore continued progress and prosperity.

I want to reaffirm our full readiness to continue our efforts to strengthen and further develop the cooperative relations between our two countries, in the mutual interest of our two friendly peoples.
