President of Republic Congratulates Bolivian Counterpart

His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic, sent the following congratulatory message to His Excellency Mr. Rodrigo Paz Pereira, President of the Republic of Bolivia, on the occasion of his country’s National Day:
