Foreign Minister Receives Spanish Delegation

On June 1 in Nouakchott,  Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received a Spanish delegation. The delegation was led by H.E. Ms. Pablo Barbara Gomez, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Mauritania, accompanied by Mr. Santiago Yerga, Director General of Immigration Administration at Spain’s Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the bilateral relations and discuss ways to strengthen and further develop them for their mutual benefit. The two sides also exchanged views on issues of common interest.
