President of Republic Congratulates Togolese Counterpart

On 26 April, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Jean-Lucien Savi de Tove, President of the Republic of Togo, on the occasion of his country’s National Day:
