The Prime Minister, Mr. Moctar Ould Djay, returned to the capital, Nouakchott, on Tuesday evening from Algeria, after co-chairing, alongside his Algerian counterpart, the 20th session of the Mauritanian-Algerian Joint High Commission, which convened today.
