Interior Minister Receives Ambassador of the Russian Federation

The Minister of the Interior and Decentralization, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, received, today in his office in Nouakchott, SEM. Boris Jiko, Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Mauritania.
During the meeting, the minister and the Russian diplomat discussed the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the area of competence of the Ministry of the Interior and decentralization.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry, Ms. Zeïnebou Mint Ahmednah.
