National Assembly Speaker Receives Italian Ambassador

On 24 February, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Bemba Meguett, Speaker of the National Assembly, received H.E. Ms. Paola Maria Cristina Russo, Italian Ambassador to Mauritania.

Discussions focused on the friendly relations and cooperation between Mauritania and Italy, particularly in the parliamentary sphere, as well as several issues of mutual interest.
