Economy Minister Receives French Ambassador

On 17 February, in Nouakchott, Mr. Abdallahi Ould Souleimane Ould Cheikh Sidiya, Minister of Economic Affairs and Development, received H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Besnier, French ambassador to Mauritania.

The meeting discussed ways of strengthening cooperation between the two countries, with a focus on the areas of economy and development.

The two sides also reviewed joint projects and prospects for developing them in a manner that meets national priorities and strengthens the strategic partnership between the two countries.
