Minister of Interior inaugurates Headquarters for the Regional Directorate of Civil Security in Adrar and a Rescie in Atar

The Minister of Interior, Decentralization Promotion, and Local Development, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed El Amin, inaugurated today, Tuesday, in the city of Atar, accompanied by the General Delegate of Civil Security and Crisis Management, Major General Abou El-Maali Al-Hadi Sidi Amar, the premises of the Regional Directorate of Civil Security in the Adrar region and a rescue center in the city of Atar, as part of the activities commemorating the sixty-fifth anniversary of the glorious national independence day.

The new building is equipped with many essential tools for work, including fire and ambulance vehicles and administrative support vehicles, in addition to a trained team of 12 people.
Te Minister unveiled the commemorative plaque of the new headquarters, toured its various sections, and was presented by the staff with an overview of its work and capabilities, which will contribute to reducing the severity of disasters and crises in the Adrar region in general.

The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of the Governor of Adrar, Mr. Abdullah Ould Mohamed Mahmoud, administrative authorities, local elected officials, state security leaders in the region, and heads of regional departments.
