Minister of the Environment is heading to Turkey

The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Ms. Messaouda Mint Baham Ould Mohamed Laghdaf, left Nouakchott on Thursday evening for Istanbul, Turkey. At the invitation of the Turkish Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Mr. Merat Kerim, she will participate in a forum organized under the theme ‘Zero Waste’ from October 17 to 19.

The Minister of the Environment is accompanied on this mission by Mr. Ahmed Ould Zeine, a special advisor in the ministry’s office.
