President of Republic Congratulates Congolese Counterpart

On 14 August, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Denis Sassou-Nguesso, the President of the Republic of Congo, on the occasion of his country’s National Day:
