President of Republic Leaves for Nouadhibou

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, left Nouakchott on Sunday evening, heading to the city of Nouadhibou for a visit during which he will inaugurate a number of vital projects and lay the foundation stone for important development facilities. These initiatives aim to support infrastructure and boost economic activity in the economic capital.

His Excellency the President is accompanied by a high-level delegation that includes the following members:

– Dr. Mariem Fadel Dah, the First Lady;

– Mr. El Nani Ould Chrougha, Minister in charge of the President’s cabinet;

– Mr. Ahmed Salem Bede Etvagha , Minister of Digital Transformation and and Modernization of the Administration;

– Mr. El Fadil Ould Sidaty Ould Ahmed Louly, Minister of Fisheries, Maritime and Port Infrastructure;

– Mamoudou Mamadou Niang, Minister of Housing, Urbanism and Territorial Reclamation;

– Mrs. Amal Bent Mouloud, Minister of Water and Sanitation;

– Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Emat, Advisor at the Presidency;

– Mr. Ousmane Tall, Advisor at the Presidency;

– Mr. Sidi Ould Moulay Zein, Advisor at the Presidency;

– Mr. El Hassan Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Protocol.

The President is also accompanied by a delegation of Mauritanian businessmen, headed by Mr. Mohamed Zein El Abidine Ould Sheikh Ahmed, President of the National Union of Mauritanian Employers.
