Sup’ Management’ University celebrates the Graduation of its 22nd Batch coinciding with the Anniversary of its Establishment

The University of “SUP Management – Mauritania” organized a ceremony on Tuesday evening at its headquarters in Nouakchott, to celebrate the graduation of its 22nd batch of students, coinciding with the 22nd anniversary of its founding.The ceremony began with honoring the graduating batch, which this year bore the name of Imam Sheikh Suleiman Ball, in appreciation of his pioneering role in spreading knowledge and defending the homeland, and as a tribute from the university to the symbols of resistance and knowledge in the country.The event also included a documentary film that showcased the university’s journey, its academic development, and its efforts to modernize university education in line with knowledge and professional transformations.During the opening of the ceremony, Mr. Mohamed Lemine Hales, in charge of affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, affirmed that the University of “SUP Management” represents a model in the development of quality higher education, praising its efforts in forming generations of professionals in various sectors. He stated that the university has managed, over two decades, to secure a prestigious position in the national educational arena and has actively contributed to achieving development objectives related to scientific research.

He pointed out that the ministry’s strategy is based on building a modern educational system that provides high-quality and multidimensional training, taking into account national and international professional requirements, in a participatory environment that ensures the development of students’ abilities and their integration into the labor market. He also highlighted the university’s commitment to the vision of the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, in reforming higher education and making it more competitive at both the regional and international levels, by focusing on quality and practical application. For his part, the CEO of “SUP Management” University, Dr. Mohamed Al-Radhi Ould Ahmed Deddeh, expressed his pride in the achievements of the institution during its journey, confirming its continuous commitment to qualifying capable national generations that contribute to the country’s renaissance. He also valued the fruitful cooperation with the higher education sector, which has adopted many training programs implemented at the university, helping to expand it and increasingly attract students.

He confirmed that the university, as the first privately recognized university in Mauritania, continues to commit to the highest standards of quality, evidenced by its obtaining the ISO 9001 global certificate, and its adherence to its developmental and educational mission.The student spokesperson for the graduates expressed their thanks and gratitude to the university, confirming their benefit from an exceptional educational experience that will enable them to embark on their professional lives with confidence and competence.The event was attended by several senior officials in the sector, directors of higher education institutions, and administrative authorities in the Nouakchott West region.
