Foreign Minister Receives U.S. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires

On Friday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, received H.E. Mr. John Ice, Chargé d’Affaires at the United States Embassy in Mauritania.

During the meeting, they discussed the existing relations between the two countries, prospects for strengthening and developing these ties, as well as issues of common interest.
