The activities of the Employment and Training Salon, organized by the Services Union of the National Union of Mauritanian Employers in collaboration with the Ministries of Youth Empowerment, Employment, Sports and Civil Service, Vocational Training, Traditional Industry and Crafts, and technical and financial partners, concluded on Wednesday evening at the International Conference Center in Nouakchott.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Mr. Naji Ould Khatri, in a speech that concluded the Salon, stressed that this edition came in response to the policies implemented by the government under the supervision of the Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Mokhtar Ould Ajayi.
He added that this edition witnessed an intensive exchange of views and came up with recommendations that will be taken into consideration in government policies.
Mr. Ould Abdallah, Advisor to the President of the National Union of Mauritanian Employers, stressed that the salon was an important platform for the convergence of different opinions, stressing the interest of the private sector in employment and its pivotal role in this field.
The closing ceremony was held in the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Vocational Training, Industry and Crafts.
