The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Yacoub Ould Moyne, returned on Sunday evening to Nouakchott from the Senegalese capital, Dakar, after attending the annual official opening of the Multinational School of Science and Veterinary Medicine in Dakar.
