President of the Republic heads to Egypt to Attend the Extraordinary Arab Summit

HE President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani left Nouakchott at dawn on Monday for Cairo (Arab Republic of Egypt) to attend the Extraordinary Arab Summit.

Upon his departure from Oumtounsy Nouakchott International Airport, HE the President of the Republic was bid farewell by Prime Minister Mokhtar Ould Diayi, Minister Advisor to the President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Abdallah Ould Ethman,  Minister Advisor to the President of the Republic Aissata Ba Yahya, Minister of Justice Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallah Ould Boye, Minister of Defense, Retired Persons and Martyrs’ Children Affairs Hanana Ould Sidi, Minister of Interior, Decentralization and Local Development Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, Chief of the Special Staff of the President, Governor of Nouakchott West Nouakchott Region and President of the Nouakchott Region.

 

His Excellency, the President of the Republic is accompanied by an important delegation that includes Messrs:

– Nani Ould Shrougha, Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic.

– Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad

– Mr. El Houcine Ould El Deh, Ambassador of Mauritania to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States.

– Ahmed Ould El Nini, Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic

– Ahmedou Ould Mohamed El Radhi, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic

– El Hassan Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Honors.
